Darts GB Ltd uses the information collected from you to perform the contract we have entered into with you to provide you with the benefits of being a Darts GB Ltd client. Darts GB Ltd also acts on behalf of its clients in the capacity of data processor. When working exclusively as a data processor, Darts GB Ltd will be acting on the instruction of its client and will work hard to ensure that the client is fully GDPR compliant.
Please note that we may process your personal information without your knowledge or consent, in compliance with the above rules, where this is required or permitted by law.
Some personal data may be collected about you from the forms and surveys you complete, from records of our correspondence and phone calls and details of your visits to our website, including but not limited to personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Darts GB Ltd will use such information to identify its visitors. Darts GB Ltd may also collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website.
Any information Darts GB Ltd holds about you and your business encompasses all the details we hold about you and any transactions including any third-party information we have obtained about you from public sources and our own suppliers such as credit processing agencies, or references provided by you in the course of your application.

The following activities are carried out by third-party service providers: IT services by Ink Networks Ltd, Web Services by Some Talented People Ltd, Analytics by Google Analytics, and payment processing and plans by GoCardless and Universal Transaction Processing. The activities for which we use third-party service providers may change from time to time in order for us to meet the needs of the business.

Packages are generally dispatched the same day you place your order unless the purchase is made after closing Tuesdays or Wednesdays when we are closed. In these cases, packages may be sent the day after receiving your order. Most lighter items are sent using Royal Mail however we may choose a different courier normally DHL for larger or heavier items where it would benefit the customer. We cannot be held liable for package delays once the item(s) have given to the courier for delivery. If you need your item(s) urgently please place your order allowing ample time for delivery to avoid dissapointment.

Returns will be accepted up to ten days after purchase as long as the goods are unused and undmaged. There will normally be a 10% re-stocking charge on returned goods.
